Emerging Technology Ventures Inc. is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned small business located in Alamogordo, NM providing innovative systems, products, solutions, and services to government and commercial customers worldwide. In order to deliver cost-effective, quality support ETV is organized into two divisions. The Engineering and Manufacturing Division provides design, prototyping, and testing services while the Governmental Services Division provides contract management, administrative services, facilities, and logistics support services. Together, they allow ETV to develop, produce, deliver, and support products for its partners and customers.
At ETV, the Engineering and Manufacturing Division provides design, prototyping, and testing services, both towards in-house projects but also towards external collaborators in our private-public partnership model. While these services typically center around robotic and autonomous/unmanned solutions, ETV also endeavors to assist their fellow small business in both high-tech and low-tech innovations. From planning equipment layouts for water ionization to simple structural testing and design for hauling system carriers and attachments, ETV hosts a variety of internal capabilities to support all manner of project.
The Governmental Services Division that exists at ETV is focused around providing best value to governmental customers centralized around a key concept of Management and Administrative services for governmental contracting and technology transfer, testing, and deployment through key strategic partnerships. Through its history of operation, ETV has built a large and sustained partnership network with a variety of Research and Educational focused institutions such as New Mexico State University, San Diego State University, and Sandia National Laboratories. The purposes of these relationships have focused on building a dynamic pipeline of moving research developed innovations towards a larger market presence and the Transfer and Transition of key technologies focused on robotic and autonomous system into the marketplace through collaborative development partnership agreements.
To reach a broader audience of Professional Services opportunities, ETV maintains strategic relationships with a number of other small sized organizations across multiple regions to fully engage in the delivery of professional, administrative, and specialty services to clients across the nation. Highlighted partners for these operations include Consulting Network Group out of the greater Dallas area. The Consulting Network Group is an IT Consulting and Staffing company building a business model based on attracting top talent in a few IT disciplines, whose goal is to provide a network of proven Sr. IT professionals to their clients and provides a platform for their members to exchange ideas and build relationships. Consulting Network Group’s specialties include management consulting expertise; IT management; IT project management; IT PMO; Change Management; and business process improvement and their expertise lie in IBM Websphere products and mobile application development.
